Social Night. Meet new Suryoye, bond with our Syriac

community, and enjoy the company of our people.

We will have games, cards, and other items; feel free to bring

your own board games and fun activities for all the enjoy. We will

be providing “Syamee” food. If you wish, you may bring your own

food to share.

This is an open event to all Youth and Junior Youth, so we

encourage you all to come and bring your friends and enjoy the

night with us.

The Great Lent 2017

We would like to remind you that the Great Lent will start this Monday, February 27. During the Lent season, we will be having special prayers every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Southfield, which will be followed by sharing a meal at the Church Hall.

Attached is the encyclical that was issued by His Holiness Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church, on this holy occasion. May the Lord Jesus accepts your sacrifices and provide His blessings to you and your families.
